Returns, exchanges, and cancellations:
Happy Scatter will accept returns, exchanges and cancellations on non-custom or personalised items.
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless there is a defect in the product. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Personalised orders can not be returned, exchanged or cancelled unless they arrive damaged or incorrect, and the return of custom orders (where a buyer has requested an item in an unusual size or colour) will need to be considered on a case-by-case basis – please contact Happy Scatter within 7 days of receipt of the product to discuss options.
